9. Limitations of Liability

Our aggregate liability for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. 10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except through a formal written request and management approval.

10.2 Suspension and Termination by dua769

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000, deducted from the account balance. If your account balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed automatically.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the licensing jurisdiction under which dua769 operates. For Players resident in Indonesia, Indonesian consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by this Agreement.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of dua769 Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through our internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English, with the arbitration taking place in a mutually agreed neutral jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

For disputes involving amounts under Rp 10,000,000, both parties agree to informal mediation before pursuing formal arbitration. Players retain all rights under Indonesian consumer protection law, including the right to file complaints with relevant Indonesian regulatory authorities.
